Звернувся до учасників конференції United for Justice, яка відбувається у Львові. Світ має потужно відповісти на російську агресію і терор усією міцністю спільної спадщини наших народів. Право – це один із ключових елементів міцності людської культури.

Нам з вами належить підготувати повний інструментарій – як на національному, так і на міжнародному рівнях, – щоб правосуддя спрацювало щодо всіх аспектів російської агресії. І щодо всіх винуватців цієї агресії.

Президент Російської Федерації Володимир Путін і всі його спільники мають отримати законні і справедливі вироки. За все, що вони наробили. В імʼя та памʼять усіх, чиї життя вони забрали, чиї долі вони зруйнували.
За агресію, яку вони розпочали.

Хай сьогодні тут, у Львові, прозвучить і буде підтримане все те, чого нам іще поки не вистачає, щоб одного дня ми могли абсолютно вичерпно сказати: вбивці покарані, гідність і честь людей захищено, шкоду компенсовано, справедливість перемогла.

I addressed the participants of the United for Justice conference held in Lviv. The world must strongly respond to Russian aggression and terror with all the strength of the common heritage of our nations. Law is one of the core elements of the firmness of human culture.

We have to prepare a complete toolkit – both at the national and international levels – so that justice will work in relation to all aspects of Russian aggression. And in relation to all the perpetrators of this aggression.

President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and all his accomplices must receive legal and fair sentences. For everything they did. In the name and memory of all whose lives they took, and whose destinies they destroyed.
For the aggression they unleashed.

Let everything that we still lack be heard and supported today here in Lviv, so that one day we can say absolutely abundantly: the murderers have been punished, the dignity and honor of the people have been protected, the damage has been compensated, and justice has won.
