Від початку повномасштабного вторгнення Росії ми отримуємо від Італії принципову підтримку на всіх рівнях, як оборонну підтримку, так і політичну, гуманітарну, економічну.

Сьогодні з Прем’єр-міністром Італії Джорджею Мелоні ми обговорили співпрацю в галузі оборони та безпеки, нові санкційні кроки проти Росії. Поспілкувалися про те, як конкретно Італія може долучитися до реалізації мирної ініціативи. Окремо зупинилися на участі Італії у відбудові України.

Since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion, we have been receiving principled support from Italy at all levels. This includes defense support, as well as political, humanitarian, and economic support.

Today, with Prime Minister of Italy Giorgia Meloni, we discussed cooperation in the defense and security sector, as well as new sanctions against Russia. We discussed how Italy can contribute to the implementation of the peace initiative. We separately touched upon Italy’s participation in the reconstruction of Ukraine.

I am grateful for the principled support and for these negotiations.
